Didn't run today since my appointment in town ran longer than expected. Threw off my whole day.

Which also led to a bbq potato chip binge. Now I just feel gross.

Tomorrow I will be back on the wagon. I have two shows to do and I have to start getting everything ready for my trip to Vegas!

Yes, I will work out tomorrow. I will probably run and then lift on Friday before we leave.

77.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
