Yeaaaa another pound bites the dust. Back to 16:8 IF today and into week 2 of Keto as of yesterday. Soooo close to ONEderland!!
91.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
