10st 0.5lb (half on at WW too) Disappointing result to end the Yoga Challenge on :( Having another conversation with a different friend about ensuring that I've still lived whilst following the WW plan, rather than just being super focussed on getting to target asap, and she pointed out that had I done that again (it's what I did in 2004) I wouldn't have learnt anything. At least, having been sure I included plenty of treats and meals out along the way, I have learnt how to walk the path of moderation! I'm not saying that I could be trusted to walk it forever under my own steam, but by continuing with the WW meetings I feel more confident that I won't just yoyo back up again. I am slightly concerned about how I'll cope after op when I can't exercise for a while, but a relatively stress-free hurdle is no bad thing to have to practice on!
63.7 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
