I wasn't supposed to weigh myself till Sunday but I decided today I would because in my head I'm still having a hard time dealing with eating fat since I've been on the Weight Watchers diet for a long time off and on this kind of contradicts everything so I did I lost another pound so this morning I was 226 and a half pounds
