So I decided to take Christmas off, and then my birthday and then a vacation! I think I may have isolated the cause of my constant yo-yoing! Stopping and starting before ever hitting my goal. I didn't want to record a weigh in until I was back to where I had left off, but as my sister pointed out, that was counter productive.
