Haven't been on here in awhile. But summer is here! Need to finally reach my goal weight. (Plus this weigh in I did at 5pm so probably not the best choice to weigh in but I needed an update!)
63.0 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
