Well, it's the end of detox and it's a scary thought to add more food, because I have been so faithful to the diet plan up til now and have lost 7 pounds. Friday is an all day cont. ed. class for me and the lunches are usually soup and a sandwich, so that shouldn't be too bad. Then tonight friends for pizza!!! What do I do?!?!? I am planning to have a THIN slice and plenty of salad.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

You are doing great...don't be scared to add in food, your body needs it, but just concentrate on what you are adding and how much and you will be just fine! Pizza is tough for me, it is my favorite, I just do small pieces and like you said if you fill up on salad you won't have any problems! Keep up the great work and have a wonderful weekend!
