I’ve been keeping up with my diet besides the usual few wobbles and exercising which I rarely did before but now I seem to have hit a wall. I really can’t seem to get under 136lbs despite not changing things. I’ve seen people speaking about cheat days, does this really boost your metabolism into action? If so what kind of foods and quantities? I don’t want to inadvertently gain weight by allowing the wrong stuff!

lol Lexi comments disabled. I find walking boosts my metabolism, I've honestly never had a cheat day I'm an all or nothing type of person. Good luck Sweetie!
