Ugh! Started induction on may15. Starting weight 157.5.
Thought I would loose more. My goal is to get down to 140 by end of June.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
