Since I gained almost 6 pounds over the weekend I was actually hoping to be down more than 2.4 this morning. No more days off until I get below 200 by the end of the month.
96.2 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
