Cutting carbs is not as difficult as i perceived. I DO love my fruit; just not buying high frutose varieties. Weight is coming off slowly.....
73.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
