Monitoring heart rates well in daily workout and following food plan well. Treats?...heck yes...there must be fun in this!!!...letting myself eat dinner out once a week. Eating a couple desserts a week.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
