I stayed within my caloric intake boundaries, plus completed my exercise routine with a little extra over the weekend.

Over all, my eating was under control...looking forward to shedding the next 12 pounds!
75.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
