點心:堅果ㄧ把
晚餐:五花肉103g+高麗菜+大陸妹+2朵香菇+紅蘿蔔少許ㄧ起炒
之前都要靠防彈咖啡才能避免有餓的感覺,最近這幾天,不用防彈咖啡也沒有饑餓感,就不補充防彈咖啡了!趕快產生內酮,燃燒體內脂肪吧!
