Very happy with the result which occured inspite of hosting a cocktail party on Saturday night. I did partake of (quite) a few. The trouble is i still have lots of nibbles still lying around the house and i am trying to avoid but it is not easy. Was very careful about what i ate on Sunday to try to make up for the excess of Sat night but i have a feeling that it will all catch up with me later in the week. Have upped the walking a little and did a 9 mile walk on saturday(this is in preparation for the moonwalk in June). Intend to get out again on Thursday for a shorter walk and hopefully 10 miles on Saturday.
