I wasn't good on Valentine's Day. I ate the chocolate ALL the chocolate lol. I also have been working out pretty hard and lifting weights at least every other day. 1st time I have hit this weight in over 2 years!! Very exciting.
90.0 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
