3rd week with no change! I really need to get out of this funk and find my motivation again! I need to watch what Im putting in my mouth and get back to tracking everything I eat! I know I'm doing something partially right because I'm not gaining but I need to get over this plateau!
93.9 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
