今天星期三公休吃了一堆夜市東西
中午雞排便當@@太少菜
加自己炒的高麗菜起司
下午吃堅果
晚上吃半個火鍋又吃蛋
76.9 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
