低碳Day14~77.4(-2.5)
好像發現起士不對
馬鈴薯澱粉加太多了
所以才沒瘦反胖
77.4 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
