setelah stuck di dua minggu, akhirnya trun lagi , 😁😁 gegara sarapanya alpukat dan ikan goreng 😚 terbukti sarapan dan makan malem tinggi lemak dan protein bikin kurus mau seberapa besarpun kalorinya 😂😂
