Nice drop this week!!! Stuck to my diet even though I didn't track everything on here I still tracked carbs and made sure to stay under or at 20. Also, exercised pretty hard. Starting to feel not as hungry so that's a plus.
88.9 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
