Staying active. Not watching TV. Doing some Lenten Fast two meal a day plans now. Not skipping any workouts.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
