After a few days at my sister's I came back with a few extra pounds. Unconscious eating was the culprit. No real exercise. Honestly, I really didn't think that maintaining an optimal weight would be so difficult. Somehow I thought that once I made the lifestyle changes, I wouldn't have to be as vigilant. You would think that gaining and losing weight my whole life would have drummed that into my head, but there you go...I'm beginning to realise in my heart that maintaining weight loss is a life time challenge, or as a friend of mind said, a life time opportunity...
