WOW! SIX pound sin 5 days!!! WOW!!!

What a difference. I think I will keep it up. I exercised 3x a day for this week plus ate bfast and didnt eat after 7pm. Whoot Whoot!

I feel good, I feel great, I feel wonderful!
83.4 kg Lost so far: 31.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
