Im starting to love weigh in Fridays! It's such a reward to see the number on the scale keep going down with all my hard work and effort and even the occasional slip up.
88.3 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
