I apologize! I've not been so diligent logging in this past week. New job & lots of travelling all week with work & got behind... But I wrote all my weights down so I'll log them in! I have lost weight this week... But not as much as I had wanted. Next Sunday I gotta break 190 so I am gonna drink much more water and and do Cardio! Go Team!
88.5 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
