had company and didnt cheat at all..daughter had pizza at the valentine murder mystery we planned....and i did not give in....however tonight i did eat an extra protein serving and an extra bread....i also drank 4 of my diet lipton ice teas..i usually limit myself to 2 per day...and drink more water....so tonight...i am chug a lugging 3 bottles.....!!! hope it helps
