Had about 80-90g carbs yesterday (deviated from the norm of <30g, but today marks a milestone...we’ve broken into the 260’s ladies and gents. Haha, celebrate with bacon jalapeño cheese burgers (no bun)
122.0 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
