kak nanya dong, kalo untuk makan malam itu sebaiknya banyakin makan apa ya? Karbo atau protein?

Kalau bisa harus seimbang makro nutrisi ada lemak sehat. Carbo .protein .serat kalau bisa garam atau sodium di minimalisir sampai 2000mg per day
