Can t seem to keep the weight off after my weekend and i do basically watch what i eat
57.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

First of all Congrats on getting to the 120's!!!! That is so wonderful!!! My weekends are challenging as well, the kids are home and my focus goes from me to them. So this week a I am going to try using a bit less points thursday/friday and maybe it will even out the weekend. I will let you know how it goes. Great job!

Weekends are SO HARD!! It took probably 2 months of dieting before I was really able to keep my weekend points to where they should be. What has helped me is varying my daily point values - so I get 1 really high day (44 points) each week where I get to eat some of those goodies and fattening foods that my craving for hadn't yet gone away for. Today just happens to be my high day and my husband and I are doing cheese fondue - YUMMY!!
