Sorry! Did not want to lie.....went away for a week and honestly tried for the first day - then just kind of went back to the old way of eating - no exercise either. However yesterday I went back on Phase 1 and wonder how long i should continue on this - should I do the 2 weeks again? Appreciate any help you may offer. Actually missed the whole idea of SB which amazed me.
62.1 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

You have only regained one pound so you are still totally on track. If you feel up to doing a little more Phase 1, of course it wouldn't hurt; but, you could also continue with Phase 2 and restrict your consumption of simple carbs to a minimum. Keep up the good work Debbie!
