I got stressed and drank 6oz of vodka yesterday. That’s equivalent to about 2 martinis. I pray I don’t do that again. I was hoping to get down to 145 by Saturday. I weighed myself toward the end of the day rather than on an empty stomach. I will weigh myself Saturday morning first thing on an empty stomach. I have to train hard. For myself. I am my own coach with the help of God almighty. -Rachel
