I'm so close to getting under 200#, I can feel it!! What motivation it is to reach those mini-goals. .4 pounds and I'll be 1/4 of the way to my ultimate goal.

The walk the emmaus this weekend was good for me. I worked (and walked!) my tail off. My pedometer was well over 30,000 steps everyday, and I was doing heavy lifting all the time. I missed my wii, but this was great exercise. (And allowed me to have Emmaus peanut butter! AND still lose!)
90.8 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 29.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
