my blood work was good so Dr sent script for phentermine. Have been listening to hypnosis YouTube for few weeks now. Actually feel it's been helping to control my eating even before meds. focusing on small portions more frequent fruit vegetables, or Jerkey. part 2 day 1.
95.7 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm on phentermine. started with 15mg then to 30mg and now at highest of 37.5mg. It works/helps but when it wears off I am super hungry. i try to drink water and go to bed. I also take it a bit later in the day so it lasts thru the evening. Hope it helps you too
