📌低碳Day116~67.5(-12.4)
真是夠了。我吃回原則一天
就瘦1.1公斤
兩天被迫亂吃的1公斤不見了
所以阿!為什麼要吃
讓自己身體變胖。😢
對身體不好的碳水呢?
67.5 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
