I am the weakest of them all! My husband and I always share wine. Last night he came home, I had two delicious glasses of wine. I can’t say I regret it. It was fun and delightful to be together after 6 weeks. This is where the diet gets hard. I have to be strong and look st the goal which is achievable.
This morning I introduced him to my new eating routine. He is onboard. Can’t tell any difference)boo, augh, anguish), but honesty counts. Hell I’m 1/7 there so a lot has to change. Tonight is cabbage steaks with a side of corned beef. I got this, I can and will do this!
102.2 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
