Try to stay away from rewarding your weight loss, no matter how big or small they may be with food. Instead buy something you enjoy, I love shopping so when I hit a major loss (usually ever 20lbs or so) I go shopping and buy a new shirt, pants or whatever. My thing this week was all new panties....losing almost 80lbs and still wearing the old panties wasn't applealing anymore. Keep up the good work, another suggestion, get a massage, manicure etc etc Good luck
