Today I've planned my entire day's menu in the morning, so my ratios are --for once-- right on. If I can only remember what I've planned to eat, I should be fine.

Dad commented last night about how much weight I've lost. I know being heavy and on the road to diabetes has disappointed and scared him. Glad to know he's proud of my hard work.

Still need to get myself "going" regularly, though. I don't know what else to do: I drink TONS of water, activia everyday, coffee in the am, lots of fiber. What else is there??
