Okay, now here is the test. I'm one pound away from my lowest weight since I don't know when. Can I finally break this plateau or will I eat some extra salt or carb that will sabotage the whole thing? That's what I usually do. I get happy and think that I can eat a little bit of this or that and I'll be okay. As a matter of fact, I was about to go to this cool restaurant that is not known for low-cal food and treat myself to a nice lunch. I think I might just go to Outback and get a steak and salad. As long as I can go easy on the salt and the carbs, I might make it.

Yeah, I have found the lil here and there really does me in too. For me it is either sticking totally to plan or going on vacation that makes me lose more.....Guess I will have to plan a vacation again. My body is very sodium conscious as well. It gets really frustrating, but hang in there.....
