Well, I started spinning again! It’s been about 6 years. I hope this helps with weight loss. We have close to a month of company in April. I want to see this scale move!!!!
102.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
