ugh I think the salt has got me again. I am going to cut back on the sodium and see if I can get those two pounds back off. Also going to hit the treadmill twice this evening-ten minutes each time. Going to cut back on the Mike's hard lemonade too-I will wait until Friday to have a cocktail :)
173.3 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
