walaupun pas liburan makan semau nya alhamdulilah tetap turun karena di korea aku jalan kaki sehari 18-20 km.. dari pagi sampe tengah malem explor seoul..
78.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
