昨天破酮,今日要禁口了
體重69.3
體脂肪34.6
內臟脂肪8
其餘大致上相同
原來運動要擺在斷食的時間內,
我一直以為要擺在睡前,
但也只有假日才能在白天運動
平常也只能在晚餐後去走一走
今早爬9號步道
今天中午過後
後下背長酮疹了
69.3 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
