今日只吃一餐不太會餓,傍晚吃完了第一餐之後又去步行.純粹散步,用完餐有些微暈與發熱不會不舒服約30分就正常了,邊走看到50嵐超想喝奶茶的,蛋糕我好想吃喔,趕快轉移焦點去超市買食材,想著要如果回家餓了可以吃什麼,我覺得逛超市很好讓我忘了50嵐,這幾日很愛烤地瓜,晚上11:00了,正在掙扎要不要吃了它(地瓜)看它在那邊美美的很誘人,其實現在並不餓的...
