My foot is almost back to normal! There's still a huge, crusty welt where I was first bitten, but I can now wear my running shoes! Yay!
Clearly, I was being super careful with all my portions and food choices this week, because I managed to post a loss instead of a gain. I know I can eat a little more, and have a treat this weekend because I'll be able to get to the gym on my regular schedule now.
I can hardly wait to crack the 160s! I don't think I've weighed less than 160 since my first year of university...or maybe even high school!
