okay fellas.. besok gua mau coba workout di luar gym.. dan gua bakal coba calisthenic dan HIIT cardio. dan Besok Gua Bakal IF(Intermittent fasting) dengn jendela makan 4 jam, dan fasting 20 jam. apakah juga sukses membentuk tubuh(gain mass) dan bisa mempercepat fats loss??
