the keto diet said to get coconut milk & put some honey to sweeten it & some greens. i put 3 cups of spinach to make a smoothie. it was sweet & healthy. im still reading all of the health info. but gleaned this in the readings. so im gonna keep reading it. i got 3 extra clients for housekeeping so now i have 7 clients. im feeling healthier already. i cleaned for 6 hrs. today so i feel like im exercising enough. thanks to all my supporters!
105.7 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 33.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Before I retired I always had a housekeeper who was so good at keeping me on the straight and narrow. When I retired I figures I could clean my little condo myself. Wrong— I still need someone to keep prodding me along.

I've been a housekeeper for 25 yeats, from private homes to assisted livings, it does keep all the joints working and exercise. Take care of your body, with back problems I retired early. I actually enjoyed my job. I drink your smoothie every morning still but I had oatmeal but not on Keto, just a healthy lifestyle.

I don’t think you are supposed to have honey on keto. Honey is just another from of sugar. Maybe try swerve or monkfruit sweetener.

Ok. I got the honey mixed up w wat my brother suggested. I forgot to add whey protein insyead of honey. Thanks everyone for your comments. Ive had problems w my knees & my back. Im trying to do this until i turn 65 but dont know if ill be able to. One day at a time
