Superfood Frühstück.
Ingredients
Directions
- 2 Esslöffel Chiasamen in 100 ml Kokosmilch einrühren. 1 Esslöffel Kokosraspel unterrühren.
- Einige Stunden, am besten über Nacht im Kühlschrank quellen lassen.
- Wem die nötige Süße fehlt, mit Honig abschmecken.
- Vor dem Essen mit Obst garnieren.

Lecker. Macht satt. Allerdings bezweifle ich die Nährwertangaben. Ich komme auf 373kcal (kleine Banane sogar nur) und 25g Fett (bei fettreduzierter Kokosmilch!!!)
