Салат с Баклажанами и Шампиньонами
Легкий салат с баклажанами и шампиньонами.

Directions
- Баклажаны порезать и посолить, оставить на 10 минут, затем промыть от соли. Шампиньоны порезать ломтиками, посолить.
- Обжарить ломтики грибов и баклажанов с каждой стороны по 2 минуты.
- Перец и салат тонко нарезать, заправить лимонным соком, перемешать.
- Добавить к заправленному салату грибы и баклажаны.
