Легкий салат с баклажанами и шампиньонами.

Directions

  1. Баклажаны порезать и посолить, оставить на 10 минут, затем промыть от соли. Шампиньоны порезать ломтиками, посолить.
  2. Обжарить ломтики грибов и баклажанов с каждой стороны по 2 минуты.
  3. Перец и салат тонко нарезать, заправить лимонным соком, перемешать.
  4. Добавить к заправленному салату грибы и баклажаны.
