Салат с Нутом

Классный салат с полезными жирами и белками.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Нут замочить на ночь в холодной воде. Утром промыть и сварить до готовности. Остудить.
  2. Лук и соленый огурец мелко нарезать. Помидоры нарезать кубиками. Каперсы промыть от рассола. Смешать нут, лук, огурец, каперсы, помидоры.
  3. Авокадо почистить, нарезать кубиками, сбрызнуть лимонным соком. Добавить в салат авокадо, измельченную зелень петрушки.
  4. Посолить, поперчить по вкусу, сбрызнуть оливковым маслом, перемешать салат.
